Overview

The Watershed Review Board is tasked with reviews and oversight of watershed protection regulations that strictly limit the amount of impervious surface that can be built on properties located within any of a dozen designated watershed areas.  This board has the authority to consider and grant Special Intensity Allocations and other requests associated with development under county and state watershed regulations.  The Watershed Review Board consists of five members and two alternates appointed by the Board of County Commissioners for a term of three years.
